Andrew Misk has lived in Portland most of his life. Growing up in the Cedar Hills area then living Downtown, and the Eastside, he knows the Portland area exceedingly well. Andrew graduated with a BA in Political Science from TCU in Fort Worth, Texas. With a background in the mortgage industry, he arrived on the real estate scene in 2002. Now, with nearly 17 years of experience under his belt, he has thrived and survived through boom and bust markets. Priding himself on knowing the trends, numbers, and tendencies of the market as a whole, and the nuances of neighborhoods in particular--he keeps his clients well informed and empowers them to become strong consumers.
Andrew has had great success working with buyers and sellers through all kinds of transactions: short sales, foreclosures and other distressed situations along with raw land, small commercial and multi-family properties. Successfully renovating houses and multi-family properties, Andrew has a keen sense for good value and can help determine the long term and short-term costs of a project. Family is of the utmost importance to Andrew. He has three boys and a beautiful wife Cami, who manages to keep everyone sane. Fly fishing, camping, golf and most any outdoor activity fill up any free time. Having traveled extensively throughout the world he has an endless supply of stories and is full of advice on places you have to see. Active in the community Andrew has volunteered for The Ronald McDonald House, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Ridgewood Elementary PTC and has done neighborhood mediation for the City of Beaverton. Eventually, he wants to create a non-profit organization that provides housing, community, and pride to special needs adults.
